If you’re wondering how to incorporate more vegetables into your dishes without losing out on flavor, a Caesar salad is a great way to include greens in a meal. With creamy, zesty Caesar dressing, some tart tomatoes, and plenty of grated cheese to add taste to the refreshing cucumber and romaine lettuce, this is a great starter or side for virtually any time of the day. If you want to make this a substantial light meal on its own, you can add strips of grilled chicken breast or slices of hard-boiled egg for a little extra protein. A few crunchy, garlicky croutons would also not be amiss in this recipe! If you’re worried about drowning your salad in too much dressing, simply keep the bottle to the side so your family and friends can add as much or as little as they choose. Pile it high—it’s good for you!
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 3-5 pcs Tomato, 8 cut in half
- 2 pcs Cucumber , sliced
- grated cheese
- 1 pack Ceasar Dressing
Wash all the veggies and prepare them as mentioned.
- Take all the veggies in a bowl. Pour the dressing over and give a good toss gently.
- Serve chilled.
