Buttered Corn, Carrots, and Peas Recipe


  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
  • 1 carrot, cubed 1/2-inch and
  • 1/2 cup green peas


1. Sauté teaspoon garlic in butter.
2. Add corn and cook. Add the carrots and green peas, and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
